Once you have the screen situated properly, tighten down the large bolts at the bottom of the brackets. This will expand the expansion cylinders inside the holes in your handlebars, holding the whole screen in place. Finally make any up or down adjustments for the screen on the brackets and tighten down the bolts that hold the screen to the brackets. Voila! New windscreen!
