Malossi Electric Start Engine Case Vespa PX200 (5714493)

Electric Start, Oil-Injected Engine Cases for PX200. These are Brand New Cases From either Malossi or Pinasco. These will work for older P models so long as you accompany these with some additional parts (please read entire description and watch our YouTube video).

There is no telling how long these will be available AGAIN. We went a really long time without any such spare part and a new replacement 200 motor have been long gone.

Thankfully, the restoration craze that has been sweeping across Europe and Asia has fueled someone to convince Malossi and Pinasco to re-manufacturer a limited run of these engine cases. We are lucky to have them available to offer you (sorry shipping from Europe on these is not cheap for us, so the price is a little on the high side).

These included a few (very few) parts, but is really just the bare cases. You will need everything else to build a motor.

Includes:
-Matching pair of finely machined case halves, made in Italy (not India or China).
-Crank studs (the ones you thread into cases), but NOT the outer studs.
-Front swing arm and rear shock rubber mounts are included.
-You will need everything else.
-There are no serial numbers of any kind stamped onto these cases. There is the flat machined surface where numbers would be stamped, we recommend stamping your old numbers.

If you plan on swapping the parts from your non-electric start engine to these cases, you will need an electric start fan shroud. You will also need to plug an oil hole in the cases for the rear seal (PX cases use a different rear hub seals and bearings). There's a whole procedure you will need to do that is much more than we can write in our description (IE this is something you will need to figure out on your own).
