These variator guides make it so your variator can slide apart freely as your scoot speeds up. They're a necessary part for smooth acceleration and they do need to be serviced regularly to keep them free of streaks or grime.

When you're doing a variator service, it makes sense to change out not only the rollers, but also the guides and the clutch packing as well. You've already got the major pieces apart, so do a complete service and your bike will love you for it.

This variator guide fits all modern Vespa & Piaggio scooters with 50cc engines. They're sold as singles, but you'll need 3 total for your variator.
