CARBURETOR SI 24/24E INJECTOR VESPA P200E/RALLY 200/PX200

24MM Oil-Injected replacement Carburetor for Rally, P200, and Most Large Frame Vespas.

Don't mess around with a rebuild on a carburetor that's 30 years or older. Replace the entire carburetor with a new one while you still can. The SI24/24-E carburetor was first installed as standard equipment on the Rally 200. It was later installed on the P/PX/PXE 200. There was a short period of time when P200E models imported to the U.S. in 1980/1981 came with a 20/20 for leaner emissions purposes. Aside from this exception, all 200cc Vespas are intended to be run with this size carburetor with the included jetting. This carburetor is also the preferred size for anyone looking to replace and upgrade a 20/17 or 20/20 carburetor. The larger 24mm carburetor will fit in the 17 or 20mm air box. Slight modifications to the airbox will be required to maximize carburation.

This comes with the following jetting (these have changed from time to time, so this is not guaranteed):
-Idle Jet: 55/160

Main Jet Stack:
-Air Jet: 160
-Mixer Tube: BE3
-Main Jet: 116

Recommended upgrades are to replace the included slide that have the air pockets that lean the mixture off idle with the 183140-4.0 slide and install the 239089-MOD air fuel mixture screw that is similar size to the original mixture screw found on the non-electric start Vespa scooters.

If you're going to run no oil injection and do not have the oil pump present in your air box, the 085307 pull rod can be installed to fit this carburetor in your non-oil injection setup.
