Special Rubber Sleeved Nut for the Lower Horn Screw on Vespa S. If you've remove the horn cover on your Vespa S. you'll know the fastener we're talking about. It's a cylindrical rubber sleeve with a flange and a threaded boss. The sleeve pushes in until the flange bottoms out. The cylinder doesn't spin when you install the fastener due to the friction between the hole and the rubber. It's really wacky and doesn't work all that well. Replacing this special fastener will eliminate a lot of frustration.
